Marl has added a pink version to its 676 series of standard indicator LEDs. These rugged IP67 sealed LEDs are extremely popular for panels and status indication applications due to their wide viewing angle. Marl Optosource: 4.5W Citizen CL-L251 LED series offer four times more efficiency than halogen

Marl has launched a Citizen LED equivalent to the popular MR16 halogen light, offering over four times better efficiency. The 4.5W Citizen CL-L251 delivers 290 lumens of light output at a colour temperature of 3000K with good colour rendering “Ra85”, equivalent to a standard 20W MR16 halogen. The range is available with colour temperatures up to 5000K, delivering up to 425 lumens from 4.5W. The combination of T5 luminaires and lighting controls from CP Electronics has helped to achieve an excellent BREAMM rating at the new Glan Usk School in Newport, South Wales.
