Mayrise Systems' central street lighting management system controls street lights in Coventry(08/03/2011)
Following a £250 million PFI award to Balfour Beatty by Coventry City Council, the citywide installation of a centralised system will allow the automatic dimming of street lights and signs from a central control centre. BBES wins education electrical services contracts in Liverpool and Carlisle(18/01/2010)
Balfour Beatty Engineering Services (BBES) has been awarded two education contracts in Liverpool and Carlisle. BBES has been awarded a £5 million contract by Kier, working for Cumbria County Council, to provide electrical, mechanical and plumbing services for the new Richard Rose Central Academy in Carlisle, which will accommodate around 1,500 students.
