Conference looks at ways to eliminate intrusive and wasteful lighting(22/01/2010)
The Royal Commission recently produced a report on light pollution entitled Artificial Light in the Environment. An event to discuss ways to reduce the problem of light pollution, without compromising public safety, is to take place in Leicester this week. De Montfort University (DMU) is hosting the conference today (Friday 22 January) which will be opened by Professor Steve Rayner, a member of the Royal Commission of Environmental Pollution.... [more]
