Solar panels were donated to the Akamba Children Education Fund (ACEF) for installation on the Brainhouse Academy, in Kenya, by Mitsubishi Electric. Situated in Nairobi amidst one of the world’s largest slums, the school was set up by the local community to advance the education and well-being of over 900 vulnerable children in the area. Mitsubishi Electric has showcased its latest advances in residential heating, ventilation and power generation equipment at the Ecobuild 09 Exhibition.
