Raytec's WARRIOR II explosion protected LED illuminators achieve improved ATEX and IEC Ex Rating

Raytec's WARRIOR II range of explosion protected LED illuminators has now achieved improved ATEX and IEC Ex Rating, providing greater lighting choice and flexibility for all hazardous environment installations.

WARRIOR II is available in RAYMAX Infra-Red and RAYLUX White Light and uses the very latest PLATINUM™ SMT LED technology to improve the performance of any CCTV system, delivering excellent night-time images for all Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous environments at distances up to 150m.

Featuring an integrated PSU, WARRIOR II provides an easy, cost effective and safe installation. Each unit is fitted with Active LED Life Control™ to carefully control LED output, delivering a projected working life of 10 years with low power consumption, low running costs and zero maintenance.

WARRIOR II has already been deployed in a wide range of hazardous applications, including a gas compression station in Spain where the WARRIOR II series was chosen due to the risk of explosion.
